AppointmentCare provides several ways to to remind your customers about their appointments.
In order to send a Zoom meeting link it is required that either "Send e-mail reminders to customers for online appointments" or "Send sms reminders to customers for online appointments" is selected.
Also it is needed to select a reminder time for "Remind about online meeting in advance (min). The options are 0, 5, 15 or 30 minutes before an appointment. Selecting 0 will prevent reminders being sent.
